EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, you can always exchange or return. To exchange, we ask you to place a new order and return the order you received.

The return period is 14 days after receipt. Return requests after this period can no longer be processed. The liability and costs for return are at the expense of the customer. Therefore, make sure that your return shipment is well packaged, has sufficient postage and has a track and trace code. Cash on delivery or unstamped shipments will be refused by us.

To start the return procedure, please email service@sorcerers-51.com with the request for your return. After this, you will receive a return link from MyParcel.

Still add your details to the return, at least your name, so we know who the return is from.

You can try on the gloves, but you can’t wear them. We would like to point out that if the products do not meet your expectations, we cannot accept worn products for return.

Our gloves are made of natural materials. As a result, it can sometimes happen that the product stains on the inside with intensive use.

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, we ask you to carefully consider whether the product is to your liking before using it. If the product is returned unworn and in its original condition, we are more than willing to help you with your return.

In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment account with which the purchase was made within 14 working days after receipt of your return.

We have a preventive policy in place to prevent fraudulent chargeback. If a dispute is claimed without a valid reason, the costs will be charged to the claimant.
